Drawn Together: Cartoonists Benefit Moore, OK

Drawn Together: Cartoonist Benefit Moore Oklahoma School Libraries is a fundraising event featuring four author/cartoonists coming together for the first time to raise funds for the Moore, OK school libraries. Hosted by the Tulsa City-County Library, the benefit features: Children’s Authors/Cartoonists: Jeff Kinney, Dav Pilkey, Lincoln Peirce, and Stephan Pastis. All of the funds raised during this 2-day fundraiser will be used to help rebuild the school libraries that were hit by the tornadoes on May 20th, 2013.

Each author/cartoonists will do a 15 to 20-minute presentation on their work and creative processes.
Upon arrival, books, unique t-shirts and posters will also be for sale to raise funds for the Moore, OK school libraries. In addition, there will also be a raffle table featuring books, prints and an original piece of artwork from each cartoonist. All of the proceeds will go towards rebuilding the libraries in Moore, OK.

We will be hosting two events to raise funds for the Moore, OK school libraries. The first event will be held at the Cox Business Center in Tulsa Oklahoma on Friday September 27th from 6-9pm. The second event will take place at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, OK on Saturday September 28th from 12-3pm. The events are for patrons of all ages. Tickets are $10 per person.
